Excellent customer service
Clear explanations and friendly to talk to. Very happy with the ring. Although I think they should cover the cost of P&P for the resize - as they are a company that rely on using the postal service for delivery - if I visited a jewellers, I would not expect to pay P&P! (although it is covered in the cost I'm sure!)

An experience better than ordering at Tiffany's
Usually buying from the Internet is a compromise for a better price. These guys have paired amazing online savings with exceptional customer service usually found in the top retails of the high street. They have (once again) produced a piece of art for my wedding anniversary. I recommend to anyone out there who has not overcome their reservations on buying something that personal and valuable online to give them a try. Craftsmanship at its best.

If ever you want any diamond jewellery or gold rings made,(or to buy), go to DiamondGeezer.com. They will help you design 'exactly' what you want for a fraction of High Street prices. And engrave it! I was so impressed with the expert service (and patience!) from Ben in helping me 'get there in the end' with my husbands (of 33 years) replacement wedding ring.(His old one cracked!). And the weight of his new ring actually exceeded the approx. weight! (He's a big guy, with a big ring size!- I was charged no extra). Everything was soooo easy.I had lots of image pics sent via email. Even via iphone! Gr8! And I loved the way I was emailed on a regular, almost daily basis with the progress reports.(Your money is in their hands - and trust me- trust them! I did and hub has a fantastic, one off ring to show for it. :-) It was great, and very reassuring to watch the flags go up on the emails! lol. Shipping is no problem at all. Delivery excellent.Returns - excellent.They even txt me to tell me they had received the ring back the next day! (for free 1st time re-sizing). Instructions for returning for 'tweaks' are extremely clear and so simple. And the 'girl in the office' always phoned within a day or two to make sure I had the ring back :-) DiamondGeezer - I thought you were too good to be true.But I'm well impressed!! When I first started looking for the perfect engagement ring for my perfect girlfriend, back in November 2011, I had no idea where to start. Not knowing the first thing about diamonds, like most, I just figured that you pick a jewellers somewhere and go from there - and the last place I thought of was the internet!? All that has changed now because from the word go I found Diamondgeezer to be one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Always available to answer any questions or queries, always there to advise and help and topped with an early delivery of the most perfect engagement ring. An excellent experience from start to finish.
Ordered a diamond engagement ring to surprise my girlfriend. I was helped through the ordering process by Ben, all my many questions were answered swiftly and fully by email and phone. Once the order was confirmed, the tracking facility on their website is very handy as it allows you to see how your order is progressing through their workshop, eliminating the need to ring up every day to check there are no problems. There was a small problem with the diamond I specified, but I was offered a slightly larger one of the same spec at no extra cost. The actual ring arrived on the day they said it would, it was beautifully packaged and the ring itself looked stunning. When I finally plucked up the courage to pop the question, my girlfriend loved it and thankfully said "yes". The only very minor disappointment with the ring was with the engraving I requested on the inside of the band, which was very difficult to see with the naked eye due to the fancy font used and the lightness of the engraving. Still the engraving was offered to me at no extra cost so I cannot really complain. All in all I would not hesitate in recommending Diamond Geezer to any of my friends or relatives.
